Order Tracking

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.

Yes. You will be emailed with tracking information for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

If you are not home when our orders is due to be delivered, our courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Returns Information

Should you change your mind once you receive your item(s), you have 14 days to return the goods. All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, unused and unfitted. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on sales@stonebridgeforge.com within 14 days. We will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full – including delivery charges. If the goods become faulty after use, please send us an email to sales@stonebridgeforge.com with a short description of the problem and we will respond with the next steps.

If you wish to return a product to us please contact us on sales@stonebridgeforge.com or 01207 500050 stating your original order number and reason for the return.

The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of Stonebridge (e.g. faulty or damaged).

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.

Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 28 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.
